We have been training and working in web technologies since 1994. (Remember NCSA Mosaic? Gopher? We do.) We have years of experience in getting your databases online, creating interactive forms, building Flash animations and organizing libraries of information.

Oh, by the way, we don't use MS Front Page, Dreamweaver (gasp!) or any of those other website editors. We build websites the old-fashioned way: by hand. Why? If something needs adjusting, we wrote it, so we can fix it. Enough said.

We Read Our E-mails Twice Before Sending Them

Huh? Yes, that's right. We tend to use e-mail a lot these days. Quick. Efficient. Smart. But we've noticed that a lot of e-mails we get are misspelled, linguistic nightmares.

Agreed. And I think we can do better. We here at Logan Tech always reread our e-mails twice, often three times, before we send them. That way, you will have a better chance of reading what we meant.

Small issue, perhaps, but we think it's important.

Biography

Des Moines, Iowa is my hometown. I spent my undergrad years at Drake University, then went to Cornell University for my M.S. A fellowship brought me to Washington, D.C. in the early 90's, where I fell in love with the web. I spent the greater part of the decade in D.C., working for the government, a defense contractor, NPR, and then my own company. I lived in Port Townsend, Washington for a year, and finally hopped on over to Seattle in early 2000.

I love to work on websites. During a decade of web experience I've created sites for water sports companies, marketing firms, Fortune 500 law firms, environmental advocacy organizations, real estate developers and faith-based Congressional organizations. I'd be pleased to learn about your project.
